Service Policy

When scheduling online and you plan to use a Q Spa, Spa finder or Spa Week gift card and you enter a credit card to schedule your service you will be charged on your credit card and the gift card will need to be used on a future service, we will not issue a refund to your credit card. If you want to use a gift card do not enter a credit card. Call 330.725.2605 to schedule. Sorry no exceptions.

Our cancellation policy requires a 48 hour notice to receive a refund. No refunds if cancelled less then 48 hours.
